Residency Services

Earlier, mention was made of the pampering that future Raffles residents can look forward to. It is essential and all very worthwhile mentioning quite a few more. But this message does come with a warning. The list is endless. Residents have a concierge service to accompany their morning welcome bell, which brings with it the complimentary in-suite breakfast. This is breakfast in bed par excellence. Only, it is someone else who is doing the pampering.

On that mouth-watering note, residents are entitled to twenty four hour in-house dining provisions. Three times a week, linen towels are changed whilst rooms are being cleaned. Residents could also take their complimentary phone calls in their exclusive Residences lounge. Or they could spend time in the twenty four hour gym.

Bathroom Luxuries

The in-suite bathroom facilities are splendiferous. Take a look at this. The bathroom floor is pure marble. While she soaks herself in the deep soaking bath, he can walk into his separate (walk-in) shower. The couple has his and her own sink. Morning rituals can be attended whilst draped in their Terry bathrobes. And should you have guests over, there is a separate guest bathroom en suite.

Unit Features

We mentioned that the bathroom floor is made up of marble. Let us take a peek at the kitchen and bedroom as well. The kitchen is finished with stainless steel and gloss white panels and features the latest in terms of kitchen appliances. Bedroom throw covers are made from silk and colored in the Raffles’ lime green. The Raffles look is expanded further by including tufted carpet rugs thrown over hardwood paneled floors in a dark veneer.

Fast-paced Technologies

Complimentary phone calls are always welcome and are to be expected in up market hotel suites and long term residential stays. But in keeping with twenty first century ideals, up to date technological luxuries have been added. These include high definition LED television sets with over sixty satellite channels to choose from and an accompanying surround sound audio system.
